Newmilns Regeneration Association is based in the CHaT Hub (Community, Heritage and Tourism Hub), which was formerly the old Post Office.
Our dedicated volunteers transformed the old building and as well as being our principal office address and used to hold our meetings, it is also available for the community to rent by the hour, 1/2 day or full day.

Rental Rates
Hub Hire includes the use of the front reception area, rear meeting room, kitchen and WC. Wifi is enabled in the building and is easily accessible.
The meeting room holds 16 people - the tables are tilt-top so can be easily reconfigured or stacked to the side if more space is required. Additional chairs are available in the Hub if you require to seat more people.
Per Hour: £15.00
1/2 Day Hire: £50.00 (9 am-1 pm / 1 pm-5 pm/6 pm-10 pm)
Full Day Hire: £75.00 (9 am-5 pm)
